• Lock: press the button ››› Fig. 75 to secure your Seat Leon.
• To lock the vehicle without the "Safe" security system engaged, press the locking button twice within 2 seconds.
• Unlock: press the button to open the doors.
• Unlock the rear lid: press the button once.

The vehicle will be locked again automatically if you do not open one of the doors or the rear luggage compartment lid within 45 seconds after unlocking your Seat Leon.

This automated safety function prevents the vehicle from remaining unlocked if the unlocking button on the fob is pressed by accidental mistake. This safety feature does not apply if you press the button for at least one continuous second.

Note

• For security reasons, it is always advisable to only activate the remote control key fob when you have direct line of sight to the vehicle.
• Other secondary functions of the remote control key include opening and closing the power windows from outside.
