Body - front

  1. - Separator
    • Left and right hand side
    • Secure the retaining clip of the body

Note If one of the clips are damaged, the filling piece must be replaced with a new one.

  1. - Retaining clips
    • 2 off
  2. - Grille below windscreen
  3. - Staple
    • 3 off
    • Metal
  4. - Seal
  5. - Windscreen

Exploded view - plenum chamber cover

Body - front

  1. Separator
    • Left and right hand side
    • Secure the retaining clip of the body

Removing

  • Clip out the fuller part on both sides using the lever - 80 200- .

Note If one of the clips are damaged, the filling piece must be replaced with a new one.

fitting

  • Engage the rear area of the filler piece in its mount of the body.
  • Press the filler piece until you can hear the retaining clips with a characteristic "clicking" sound.

  2. - Seal
  3. - Grille below windscreen
  4. - Staple
    • 3 off
    • Metal
  5. - Nut
    • 2 off
    • 9 Nm
  6. - Plate
    • 2 off
    • Only for X-perience
  7. - Plenum chamber bulkhead cover
  8. - Seal
  9. - wall bracket(s)
    • 2 off
  10. - Sealing plug
    • 2 off
  11. - Noise insulation of the front cover of the plenum chamber
  12. - Staple
    • 3 off
    • Metal
