Air distribution housing, air ducts at front

Air conditioning system

  1. - Air duct of the left footwell vent - Drivers side
    • Removing and fitting
  2. - Heater and air conditioning unit
    • Removing and fitting
  3. - Air temperature sender, left vent - G150-
    • For equipment version with automatically controlled air conditioner
    • Cover for the vent, according to the equipment version with heater or manually controlled air conditioner
    • Removing and fitting
  4. - Dash panel vent (left-side)
    • Removing and installing
  5. - Defroster vent (left-side)
    • Removing and installing
  6. - Centre trim panel
    • Depending on the vehicle equipment radio or radio / navigation system; mount for loudspeaker and / or GPS aerial
  7. - Defroster vent (right-side)
    • Removing and installing
  8. - Dash panel vent (right-side)
    • Removing and installing
  9. - Air temperature sender, right vent - G151-
    • For equipment version with automatically controlled air conditioner
    • Cover for the vent, according to the equipment version with heater or manually controlled air conditioner
    • Removing and fitting
  10. - Dash panel vent (centre)
    • Removing and installing
  11. - Air deflector
    • To defrost vents
    • Removing and fitting
  12. - Centre dash panel vent air duct
    • Removing and fitting
  13. - Right footwell vent air duct - front passenger side
    • Removing and fitting
  14. - Bolt.
    • 1.5 Nm
  15. - Sealing plug
    • For equipment version with heater or manually controlled air conditioner
    • Flow noise will occur if a sealing plug is loose or missing

Note

  • Glove compartment cooling:
  • Depending on the version, the connection may also be sealed off directly at the heater and air conditioning unit.
  1. - Bolt.
    • 1.5 Nm

  • A loose sealing plug -3- must be secured with a hose clamp -2- at the heater and air conditioning unit -1-. Hose clamps.

Air conditioning system

  1. - Rear left footwell vent air duct
    • Removing and fitting
    • Noise may occur if the wiring harness holder is damaged or loose
  2. - Sealing plug
    • For equipment version without rear air duct

Note Depending on the version, the connection may also be sealed off directly at the heater and air conditioning unit
